SOME "WEATHER" PICTURES!

Colin has sent these in and points out quite correctly that this is a proper river and THE proper River Ouse!

The following pictures are from "Broadcut Lock" where I used to moor. You would really only appreciate what you are seeing if you were familiar with the stretch and the lock down onto the River Calder.

I have never seen the river height anywhere near the canal level as it is here. There was a LOT of water around.
